At ARTCOLLECTIVE.AE, each of our products is made to order, ensuring quality craftsmanship and personalized design. As a result, we do not offer refunds.
However, we do offer exchanges in the case of damaged or faulty goods.
Exchange Policy
The purchaser is eligible for an exchange 48 hours  if the item is received in a damaged or faulty condition.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, and accessories.
Important Considerations
Product Dimensions: We strongly recommend checking the size of the product to ensure it fits within your home, elevator, or entryway before completing your purchase. Please make use of our " View in room feature".Â
Colour & Texture Variations: Due to material characteristics and screen displays, slight variations in colour and texture may occur between the images shown online and the actual product.
