When Will My Order Be Delivered?
Your order will typically be delivered within the 2-4 working days. However, delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Entered the Wrong Address?
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details or contact us at hello@artcollective.ae within 24 hours. After this period, we may not be able to make changes.
Damages, Returns & Support
My Item Arrived Damaged
We take great care in packaging our products, but in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact hello@artcollective.ae or WhatsApp us with:
✅ Your order number
✅ Clear photos of the damaged product
Once we verify the damage, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
My Item Fell and Broke
We are not responsible for damages that happen after delivery due to accidental drops or misuse. Our replacement policy only applies to items that arrive damaged or defective, and such cases must be reported on the same day of delivery.
